Terms & Conditions for Individual 1:1 Coaching
Logistics
Our coaching sessions will be virtual, usually taking place via Skype, which gives us both the flexibility and convenience of being able to work together wherever we happen to be. In my case, I tend to be on the move and so we will often be in different time zones. I’ve coached people in London and Cologne, Kuala Lumpur and Jordan, California and Taipei, so we can make it work, I promise! To facilitate this, I use ScheduleOnce, a scheduling software that allows us to manage the booking process without all that usual back and forth. You simply view the available slots in your local time zone and choose the one that works best for you.
Payment
Payment is by credit card via Stripe, an alternative to Paypal that allows you to make secure payments quickly and easily without leaving the site. A secure connection keeps your data safe while providing you with a seamless checkout experience. All payment must be made prior to the first session taking place.
The 6-hour package is intended to be used in the form of fortnightly sessions so that the programme is completed in 12 weeks; however, it may be possible to accelerate this with weekly sessions instead. The package is valid for 6 months after purchase.
Taxes
Since my business is registered in the United Kingdom, I need to pay VAT on my services. When you choose your country on checking out, you’ll find that the tax amount is updated (and may sometimes be zero). If you are a VAT-registered company in the EU, you can enter your VAT number during checkout.
Rescheduling, Cancellation and Refund Policy
An individual coaching session will last for 60 minutes. We each commit to starting and finishing each session on time. Of course, life is unpredictable and if you do need to reschedule, please try to do so more than 24 hours in advance.
If you decide after your first session of a 6-hour package that you do not wish to continue, I will refund the full cost of the package, including that session.
I reserve the right to end the coaching relationship if I find that I am unable to support you in a way that is aligned to my own ethics and values while also giving you what you need. In this case, you will receive a full refund of your remaining unused sessions.
